It’s January 15, 2020: Do you know where your healthcare system is?

Back in December 2009, I was the closing keynote speaker for the 4th Annual WorldHealthCare Innovation & Technology Congress. I challenged the audience to think about the massive transformation that is set to occur in the next 20 years.
People often overestimate the change that will occur in the short term, and underestimate what will occur in the long term.
