Are health care leaders examining the concepts you discuss? Are they investigating methods to utilize systems managements concepts? Are they working hard to ensure their organizations are on the path to excellence? In my opinion, change is happening in the method you describe, but many leaders have contributed to the chaos by abandoning top notch leadership principles.
