I’m impressed by Halvorson’s book and I’m working with the PIC of SR KP but I can’t tell what a DTC model is. Please reveal the meanings of TLAs. Well, only if you want us to understand it.
(PIC is Physician in Chief, SR is Santa Rosa, KP is Kaiser Permanente, TLA is Three (or Two) Letter Acronym) Did I make the point?
