Dear Mr Nicholson.
I recently attended a Black Members Self Organisation group in Bristol , and an item on our agenda was about the progression of Black and Minority Ethnic Staff within the NHS.
We tried to discussa The National Breaking Through Top Talent Programme but due to very limited information and no one in the group was aware of this programme which shortened the discusssion.
Would it be possible for you or a member of your team enlighten me about this programme.
When it was initiated, is this a one off programme, and I have many more questions that i would like replies too.
